Our story began more than 25 years ago at the beginning of the 90s, in the post-Soviet territory. After the collapse of the USSR, the fishing industry experienced a downwards spiral; under-financed and undermanned.
We combined our accumulated knowledge from the Soviet era, and with the help of national institutions, we developed our own team of professionals, educating them and giving them a fresh start with the aim of achieving the highest quality in every aspect of production and processing.
We took the vast knowledge gained in Astrakhan and relocated to the Baltic countries. Combining the experience of generations with modem Innovation and technology allowed us to improve and perfect our skills in industrial aquaculture and caviar processing
We ensure the highest quality caviar by carefully controlling the different lifecycle stages of the fish, from ovulation all the way through to the final product. We have worked with many different species of sturgeon in different aquatic systems, so we understand all the nuances of aquaculture and caviar processing. This allows us to produce products of superior quality.
